Rebecca and Eric had a gorgeous celebration at The Market at Grelen one year after eloping at BluPrint Chocolatiers in Alexandria, Virginia. Friends and family gathered from all over the country to celebrate their first year of marriage, and I personally loved how they worked in so many traditional wedding day traditions to celebrate- ultimately allowing them the experience of a larger wedding while still having had the intimate ceremony they desired for solidifying their vows.
So, without further ado, I give you the story of Rebecca and Eric’s anniversary celebration: an evening filled with lots of love, joy, beautiful words, sweet shared glances, and warm embraces – my personal favorite one being after their first dance (because there’s nothing more authentic than hugs that are so passionate they make you smoosh your faces into each others’ necks)….
